- Up to 1 hour consultation to assess your circumstances and needs. This can be face to face if local to Reading, else video or telephone call.
- We will advise you on every element including attorneys, reserve attorneys, life sustaining treatment, certificate provider, instructions, preferences, LPA use and LPA registration.
- Professional production of LPAs.
- Clear instructions on signing the LPAs.
- Assistance obtaining necessary signatures from distant attorneys.
- Review and checking of LPAs before submission to the Office of the Public Guardian (“OPG”).
- Support to ensure any errors with LPA signings are corrected before submission.
- Full management of the LPA registration process.
- If you are eligible for reduced or OPG fee exemption, we will apply on your behalf
- After registration we retain electronic copies so that certified copies can be produced on demand and without delay.
- We can advise you and your attorneys regarding setting up accounts with the OPG, linking the registered LPAs to your accounts and sharing the LPAs electronically.
